What is your policy on lost or damaged clothes?

We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. Moreover, Woodfield Laundromat Express is not responsible for any item claimed lost or stolen from designated drop off or delivery areas.

At Woodfield Laundromat Express, you have the ability to track all activity online or with your Smartphone by logging into your account with your email address and password. If you do not have an email address and password setup and would like to receive pick up & delivery as well as item and payment notifications, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Woodfield Laundromat Express’ liability with respect to any lost or damaged article(s) shall not exceed 7 times our charge or 10 times our charge in store credit for processing that/those item(s).

Garments not picked up or if we are unable to complete a delivery due to no fault of Woodfield Laundromat Express for 30 days may be donated to charity or discarded.
