Our water quality is second to none. While other laundromats use tap or recycled water, we use only filtered water in our machines. We buy (that’s right – buy) our water so your clothes are as clean as possible. But that wasn’t good enough in our minds. So, we invested in high-tech filters (at a cost of $3,000 each) and we filter the water not once, not twice, but three times before it ever touches your clothes. Our filters flush out debris that would otherwise transfer to fabrics, contributing to wear and tear.
We are obsessed with sanitation and cleanliness. Other laundromats’ machines may look fine on the outside, but look under the hood and you’ll find plenty of built up grime, dirt and soap scum. How do we know? Because we’ve visited the competition, and we’ve checked their machines ourselves! Meanwhile, we wash the inside of our machines not once but twice each and every day. We also do a full-scale sanitation process at least two times per week.
We keep your laundry separate from your neighbor’s. Here’s a newsflash: Most laundromats take your laundry, put it in mesh bags, then throw the bags from various people into one machine. Other people’s laundry is soaking in a machine right along with yours. We think that’s disgusting. That’s why we don’t mix your laundry with anyone else’s laundry. Ever.
We use the best technology to ensure that your items are returned to you. First, we use a high-tech scale to weigh your laundry, which is accurate to the hundredth decimal place. If even one sock goes missing, we know about it. We also use a specialized barcode tracking system, designed to monitor your belongings throughout the entire process.
Your laundry is assigned its own special attendant, who is responsible for getting the job done right. One of our well-trained laundry care specialists will manage your order from start to finish. They’ll be sure all items are sorted and handled properly, they’ll make sure your preferences are noted, and they’ll fold your clean laundry with expert precision right out of the dryer.
We insure each and every item that you entrust to our care. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong on our watch, we are fully prepared to make it right. And we put our money where our mouth is by carrying special insurance as an added protection for our customers.
We offer FREE laundry pick up and delivery seven days a week. Most laundromats only pick up and deliver Monday through Friday, but that isn’t good enough for us (or our customers). We offer the same FREE pick up and delivery service seven days a week, even on holidays.
We also offer same day service for when you just can’t wait. Our usual turnaround time is 24 hours but if you request rush service, we’re ready. We’ll pick up your laundry by 10am and deliver it back to you, clean and folded, after 5pm that very same day.
